Standard Delivery usually takes 2-5 Working days.

For most orders, it takes less than 24 hours to get ready to picked up by the courier. Kindly note that we are unable to control how quickly the order arrives once the courier picks it up.

You can pick up your Self-Collected orders only after receiving an order update from us.

Yes, you can. However, you can only do so after receiving our order update confirming it’s ready for collection.

Please notify us via WhatsApp @+65 8911-4409 with your Order ID and email address/contact number to inform us of your pickup plans.

Additionally, ensure that the person collecting your order inspects it before leaving our store, as we are not responsible for any incorrect or defective items once they have left our premises.
