4.2 In the rare event of stock unavailability, we may offer suitable alternatives after confirming with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to discuss cancellation options. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4.3 Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. We aim to fulfill your order within this timeframe unless otherwise communicated.

4.5 Please note that due to manufacturing constraints, product batches may vary slightly. If you are unsatisfied with any products received, you may return them to us within 7 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. 7.3 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: In the event of receiving damaged products, missing parts, or incorrect items (excluding those damaged by the courier or self-inflicted damage), please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide supporting evidence.

7.4 Return Criteria: We accept returns only for products that meet the following criteria:
– The product must be unopened, with tags attached, unused, and in its original condition.
Please note: Customized products, such as Artificial Grass Tuff Carpet, Window Mesh, Event Carpet, Wallpaper Backdrop Sticker, and Window Film, are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are tailored to your specific size requirements.

7.5 Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges:
– If the return is not due to an error on our part, shipping fees will not be refunded. However, a round-trip delivery fee will be charged for arranging exchanges, with the cost determined based on the size and weight of the item. You can contact our WhatsApp for more details.
– In cases where the error is attributable to Alton Flowers N Gifts, we will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.

7.6 Customer Error Orders: We do not accept returns for orders made in error by the customer. We are committed to delivering the exact items as per your order.

7.7 Exchange Value: If an exchange is permitted following confirmation by our customer service, it must be for a product of equal value. We do not offer refunds for any price differences. You may choose to pay the difference if the new item costs more.

7.8 Product Disclaimer: Alton Flowers N Gifts provides a disclaimer regarding product variations due to lighting and screen settings, as well as minor dimension differences due to manual measurements. These factors will not be considered valid reasons for returns.

8. Our Liability

8.1 We guarantee that all products purchased through our website are brand new and of satisfactory quality.

8.2 Our liability concerning any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
